When the popup box appears, change the 'Copy of CLIENTNAME' to your company name, check the 'Share it with the same people' box and click the blue 'Make a copy' button.
We use a template sheet like this to ensure accuracy and consistency. This will lead to the best possible end result for your items.
Guidelines For Choosing Contacts
You are free to choose whichever companies / contacts you wish to add, but there are some things to keep in mind to ensure the best possible ROI from this initiative:
LinkedIn Photo
Each contact you choose must have their photo on their LinkedIn profile. It doesn't need to be high resolution (they never are), but it should offer a clear view of the person's face. Without this, we cannot create the custom designs and will skip over this contact.
For the best possible results, we ask for you to add a 10% buffer of extra contacts (i.e. give us 110 to get 100 final contacts). The reason for this is that there are some images which, for different reasons, are very difficult to replicate. Having a buffer ensures that the quality will be consistent across the board.
Contact's Location For Postal Address
To ensure the best chance of deliverability, we strongly recommend that you follow these guidelines when building your target list and omit any contacts who do not meet this criteria. As per their LinkedIn profile, each contact you provide should match one of the following:
In the same city as the company HQ.
In the same city as a satellite office.
In a different city to any company office, but within a one hour drive.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Unless otherwise agreed, all contacts must be based in the USA. There are additional costs for shipping overseas and it comes with a lower chance of the prospects receiving the items.

Please write the company name exactly as you would like for it to appear on the final print. Our recommendation is that you write it in the way that the brand would be most commonly known, and in the shortest way possible. Some of the key things to watch out for:
Use what they might refer to it as internally, when talking amongst themselves, as if we know them.
Remove unnecessary words from the name, typically ones which describe the company instead of actually being the brand name, i.e. Dell Technologies would become Dell or Liberty Mutual Insurance would become Liberty Mutual.
Abbreviate company names whenever applicable, i.e. Boston Consulting Group to BCG or Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios to FCB Studios.
Remove anything like Inc, Ltd, AG, LLC or any other legal terms as these are not typically relevant to the brand name.
Remember that this name is probably going to be printed in the subtitle on the front of the book, so if the company name is very long, it needs to be abbreviated somehow.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We will write it exactly as you write it when providing it to us.
Column C: First Name
Ensure that it is in the correct case, i.e. Upper case for first letter, lower case for the rest.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We will write it exactly as you write it when providing it to us.
Column D: Last Name
Same as Column C.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We will write it exactly as you write it when providing it to us.
Column E: LinkedIn Profile URL
Please copy and paste each individual LinkedIn profile URL in this column.
Column F: Item To Receive
This is optional and if you don't select anything, we will default to assigning the magazine to the person who has the higher quality image available. If you wish to choose them yourself, please choose from the dropdown options which item you would like for each specific contact to receive.
Column F: Clear LinkedIn Image
This is optional as we won't be using it for anything, but clients often find it useful for holding their team accountable when adding contacts.
Column G: Address Meets Criteria
This is optional as we won't be using it for anything, but clients often find it useful for holding their team accountable when adding contacts.
Column H: Added By
This is optional as we won't be using it for anything, but clients often find it useful for holding their team accountable when adding contacts. You would use this when you have multiple people from your team adding contacts to the same sheet.
Column I-O: Address Columns
The format here is very important - please see our detailed address guidelines on the below page:
If you do not want to source the postal addresses yourself, we offer this an an optional add-on service. Please contact barry@leadable.io if you would like to learn more.
